Sign up by completing the online registration form. The sooner the better, and the deadline to sign up is Sunday, February 19th.

When?
March 9-11, 2012. We start at 8:00pm on Friday and wrap it up Sunday after lunch.

What?
Join your TCC brothers and sisters for some sweet fellowship and teaching! There's a cupboard full of board and card games, a pool table and ping pong table, talent show (oh yeah!), hiking or ski or snowshoe trails, broomball, and sledding tubes for the sledding hill. Check out photographs from year one and two. On Saturday morning, we are going to focus on the integration of faith and work. Pastor Bryan is going to give a talk on the theology of work in the Bible. We will also have some time to interact with others from TCC who are in similar vocations. Much of the time is open for rest, fun, fellowship, and adventure! Sunday morning we'll gather for corporate worship.

What's the cost?
Ages 15+: $80
Ages 9-14: $64
Ages 4-8: $40
Ages 0-3: Free
Costs cover use of the facilities, 2 nights lodging, three meals on Saturday, and two meals on Sunday.

How do I pay?
You can pay online - use the General Fund line and specify "Retreat" in the memo field.

Or write a check payable to Trinity City Church. Clearly indicate "Retreat" in the memo line. Put it in the offering plate on Sunday or mail to:

If finances are an issue for you, we don't want that to stop you from coming! Scholarships are available. Please please please talk to Pastor Bryan, Nick, or Sara about it if a full or partial scholarship would help to make it feasible for you. 

How awesome is it to carpool?
It's very awesome. For carpoolers, the fun begins several hours earlier than for everyone else. Whether you are blessed with a vehicle and extra seats, or if you need a ride, or if you just love carpooling, don't be shy, post on the Table to let folks know - or E-mail TCC if you'd like help making a carpool connection. We can save about $35 in gas (not to mention untold legions of penguins and/or polar bears) for every vehicle we don't drive to the retreat - plus, parking at the camp is not an unlimited resource.
